• When entering and exiting the public car park, you will be required to use the credit card that was used to place the booking. The booking you made will not be recognized in case you use a different credit card.
• You should not expect to be given any refund for your money in case you stay at the car park for lesser time than you had booked.
• If you overstay at the car park than the period you booked, it will attract additional charges. These charges are clearly indicated on the parking boards that are located at the entry of the car park. Make sure you check to know what you will pay for the period overstayed.
• In case of a booking cancellation, you will have to pay $5 as processing fee and that has to be up to 24 hours before the booking period has started.
• The full charges will apply if you cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the booking period begins.
• Making reservations is at least one hour before the parking period. This will not include concierge booking since that will require a notice of not less than 24 hours.
• Brisbane Airport does not accept booking for specifically disabled spaces because they have sufficient parking spaces to be used by mobility card holders.
• Booking cancelations or amendments are allowed for any reason up to 24 hours before the booking period starts.
• Parking charges are inclusive of GST and are usually fixed by the time booking has been made. In case of any overstay, extra fee will be charged using the same rate at the time of booking.
• Payments for parking booking are paid using credit cards only and those acceptable at Brisbane Airport are indicated on their official website.
• There are height and size restrictions for the car park. As the car owner, you are responsible for making sure your car meets those restrictions. In case your car has exceeded the restrictions put in place, you will not be entitled to a refund.
• Brisbane Airport will not be liable for any lost opportunity, lost profits or even loss of reputation by the virtue of parking at their parking space.
